The seven members of City Council and the Mayor will be sworn in during a ceremony at 6 p.m. Dec. 2 at the Raleigh Convention Center, Ballroom A.
Most Council members remain the same, with the exception of the Councilor of District A. Challenger Wayne Maiorano took District A from incumbent Randy Stagner during the October election.
